The worst gas station in all of NC

I frequent this gas station but I'm writing a review because Michelle was lovely and brightened my day, she was super kind to me, and was kind to all other customers I heard her interact with.

Literally the worst slushees that you will ever have. Imagine drinking the slushee syrup right out of the bottle. Not even worth it if it’s free. Other then that it’s a nice store.

Your typical gas station and store. However, the gas prices are usually more expensive than other places around town. The good thing about this place is that you can mute the "gas station tv".

Please give your employees a reason to be nice. Could ask you to train them but seems like morale issue on the company's behalf. Sick of feeling like a burden to workers.

Rude. I understand I'm new to town.. however, I would never pose as an underage male to get alcohol. I'm 25 and my ID is legit. They need to train employees to see legit ID's instead of harassing customers due to their pathetic lack of knowledge. Also an ID isn't supposed to be "shiny" let's just get it together and figure out how to run a convenience store. Can't be all that hard to check someone out. Also, if you don't know how to scan an ID... maybe learn?

As a new resident in North Carolina who hasn't had their ID changed yet, I have to say the way Bri (I think that's the name she gave over the phone before she hung up on me) handles questioning ID's when selling alcohol to people who are of age but not from the state is absolutely horrendous. After being told my ID was fake because "it's supposed to be shiney" I thought it was a joke until threatened with the police being called. As a 26 year old I was fine if she felt the need to do so, considering I know it's real and she just isn't as educated as she likes to think when looking for fake ID indicators. I was questioning why she sold me alcohol twice in one week while telling me my ID was fake, made my experience even more confusing than it already was with her attitude and lack of customer service. My girlfriend called to file a complaint and was told she would also have the police called on her for harassment after asking for the managers name; someone she was told to speak to without any idea as to when or who that would be. Overall a very confusing and brain-cell lacking experience. Just do better. Not asking for much, just to have a pleasant experience with someone who chooses to work in the customer service industry, not threatened every time I go to the one gas station open when I get out of work. Wish I could give zero stars for my girl Bri (?).

I cannot believe the treatment I just received at this place. I live down the street and this brown-haired kid at the front told me he wouldn't sell me alcohol because he could "smell alcohol" on me. I haven't had anything to drink and just came for some white claws (of all things) on a Sunday night. I've been a bartender for 10 years. I card people and cut them off for a living! This was the first time I've ever been "cut off" in my life. And with zero alcohol in my system. I will NEVER come back here. For gas or otherwise. I'm both mortified and furious. I cannot tell you how embarrassed I am. This place does not need such a teetotaling employee. He is losing them customers from neighbors who would love to support their local business.

Again no paper for a receipt. Why pay at the pump if you can’t get a receipt? Shouldn’t have to go inside and wait in line for it.

Store hours are until 2am. We came by at midnight and there was a clerk behind the counter but the doors were locked. The clerk looked at us as we tried to open the doors and then sat back down. Don't hire people who don't want to work.

No receipt paper in gas pumps. Had to get drenched in pouring rain twice to get a receipt. Just put paper in the machine already...
