Came in to browse and watched them snub a kid needing help with a Squier, I just walked out behind them. Im sure the shop will come back with a snarky reply here but if your not spending custom shop or vintage money these guys aren't helping you.

You don't acquire an impressive inventory such as the one here unless a whole lot of things are being done right. Jason and his staff are a great mix of knowledgeable, professional and do an excellent job of making you feel comfortable when you walk in the door.

What a pleasant store to visit! I had a mountain dulcimer that I was interested in selling and via friend referral, happened upon this charming store. The atmosphere was cozy and I loved how all the merchandise was meticulously and beautifully displayed. The salesman who greeted me at the door was honest, cheerful, and overall a delight to talk to about music in general.
Although I wasn't able to make a sale, I was able to find a new home for any future string instrument needs. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out this quaint shop if you ever need to buy, sell, or order instruments of the string variety!

Very cool store, good people work there. They sold an amp for me, they are reasonable with the percentage they get. They did a great job by me. They also have some very nice guitars for sale, and are friendly about just chillin out and checking out their stuff. I really like this place.

Very good experience here! Staff were ready to help but didn’t hang over you. Allowed us to carefully take down and play guitars and decide what we like. They provided guidance when we asked, and assisted with other needs and questions. I’ve been in before and received the same top notch service as well as repair on a guitar. Thank you!
