The lady cut my hair 4 inches instead of 2 inches when I told her, it was very uneven and messed up, she didn’t wash my hair or tease it and I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed such a waste of money, woman didn’t know how to fye hair either since she couldn’t dye her own hair correctly wouldn’t let that lady touch a single hair on someone’s head

Twice now I've gone to this great clip and they do not honor coupons that are sent to customers. The staff can't seem to work the registers to try and offer some type of discount nor will they check if asked to see if the coupon you have been sent that hasn't expired will be honored prior to getting the registers. Next time a coupon isn't honored I will simply walk out. If it's not in their power to help a misinformed customer, then its not in my power to pay a false price. Incompetence is no excuse for bad customer service.

Depends on who you get as a stylist. That's anywhere. Go through their app to set you an appointment or you may wait awhile. Or bring the Bible with you while you wait. God bless
