Nothing but good things to say about Go Store It on 15th. Just what I need to store a few things while relocating. The facility is nice, clean and well-maintained. Josh, in the front office was super helpful in getting me set up with a unit and is always available to help. Excellent customer service, clean, safe space and a decent rate. Go Store It has been the easiest part of a stressful move. Thanks!

Go Store It gets 5 stars from me. I normally never leave reviews but Mary was so awesome to work with. I highly recommend storing there! Also, very clean!

Using the storage unit facility for the company I work for. Great staff, always helpful. Jason was a big help when I was setting up to get a unit. All around 10/10 place.

Mary was a textbook example in excellent customer service: welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Not only was she willing and able to quickly make available a storage unit that will work for us, she also helped us correct an error we had made with another location. She was also multitasking with another customer-and none of us felt as though we were waiting. A great experience!

So I have been renting a storage unit from Go Store It for a few months now and just wanted to say that I will always store my stuff with them. I want to give one of the ladies names Courtney that works there a special shout out! She was very pleasant to talk to and she went out of her way to help me with an issue I have been having The facility and property is always very clean! The customer service is outstanding!! I would and will always recommend anyone to this place of business! Thank you for being so awesome!

I am writing this review that specifically express my thankfulness to Mrs. Sharrieffa Hart.She is a very friendly, kindly person, always has warmly smile to welcome her guess.One day I left my storage door open, after I found there are four missed calls and two voice mails on the cell phone from Sharrieffa. One voice mail is informed me that my storage door is open, second one is telling me that she temporarily locked the door for me after could not reach me by phone.I feel so grateful has this responsible person work at The Go Store It.Thank you Mrs. Sharrieffa Hart. I feel so safety to store my stuffs in this storage house.

Courtney was super in helping me set up two storage spaces which were ready upon my arrival with all my things. Canty was wonderful when I arrived on scene with a truck full and ready to unload. Not only did she walk me through every part of the process but made certain the entire team unloading my household goods had plenty of water and that I was aware of how to access my things anytime.Thanks to both Courtney and Canty for helping to make my move a bit less painful! :-)

The woman who helped me get set up with a unit and get started moving in yesterday was fantastic! She got us carts to get everything moved in and offered everyone water since it was super hot. Definitely had a great experience!
