Gene's has serviced my vehicles for a number of years. I've always have had great and timely service. I can trust them to accurately diagnose issues and do a professional job at a reasonable price. My SUV needed an oil change and Gene’s was able to get me in right away. It took less than an hour to change the oil, rotate the tires and check the drain hole for the sunroof. Another fantastic job, that is why they are my go to repair shop for all my vehicles.

Gene's Tire and Autocare is how a tire / auto repair experience should be!!!! My experience with auto repair shops in the past has been less than pleasureable. Gene's was clear, concise, delievered on everything that they said they would. I absolutely will be giving Gene's my business in the future.

The service I received was excellent. My car was having issues and was told by another shop that the tires were the source of the problem. I brought my car to Gene’s in the afternoon and received a car diagnostic and four new tires by end of day. I’ll definitely go back to them in the future.

I was very pleased with how quickly Gene’s Tire Service was able to take care of getting my daughter 4 tires, plus balancing and an alignment. It was great being able to get it ALL done at one place. It saved me time and effort. They were very efficient and professional.

I have been using Gene's tires to service my cars, since the early 90's. Even though management has changed, the customer/repair service has not. They have been nothing but good to me and everyone I refer to them!

I have a Smart Car and when I called around for service, most said no before I could finish. Michael answered the phone and said let me make sure. He came back with "my master tech said he could definitely fix it". AND he got me in that day. He told me it could take hours and maybe leave it overnight. It was actually fixed, with one other problem, in a hour. Both fixes cost me less than car problems I've had with other cars. Will definitely do business with them again.

Went in there in a bind. From out of town and needed some automotive help. Manager was fantastic and gave us some great options. We felt comfortable and really enjoyed talking with him and his staff. They took a bad situation and made it much better. We are very grateful

I was in a pinch and need an alignment. They were able to accommodate me and did great work at a fair price. That kind of service is hard to come by lately.
