Chuck assisted me with purchasing a vehicle. Not only did he deliver amazing customer service, he also gave us a great deal on a specific vehicle I've been looking for, for months. He was very genuine and experienced and answered all my questions and concerns. He was upfront about the vehicle and assured me that they hand select cars to sell in their lot and had all documentation showing multipoint inspections they comb through before listing them for sale. He was very thorough with the paperwork involved but also had it all completed promptly. I had my three children with me so that was great! I have shared my experience with my friends and co-workers and they told me that they were greeted with the same superb service from Chuck when they were shopping around for vehicles.

Jeff is the GOAT after going to 5 dealerships in Wilmington he clutched up and got me riding in a Audi even with the situation I was in. it’s been a month and she’s driving as if she was brand new. Everyone pull up they’ll get you rolling the same day!!!

I recently traded in my vehicle and purchased a 2016 ford explorer from the best of Wilmington. Had it for a couple of weeks and some problems came from the transmission but without hesitation Jeff and Jimmy did an excellent job at resolving the issue. They didn't have to but they did. Not alot of used dealerships would have been as helpful. I can honestly say they are awesome and keep their word. I would recommend coming here. Great experience ?

I purchased an Acura TL on November 17, 2019 from Best of Wilmington who advised me that the car was in great condition and promised that the would install a missing accessory the following Friday. When I showed up to the part, the salesman Jeff was out. I returned the following Friday and continued to this date. Each week it is a different blatant lie. Since this period, had to rebuild the transmission as well as other major services!

Amazing quality of cars. Jeff worked until he got me financed, he doesn't take no for an answer. Vehicle came with 1 year warranty. Definitely recommend.
