Jason was a tremendous help determining which bed and frame combo would work best in a rental property. He was honest and forthright which made the decision simple and practical. I would trust his input 100% for future purchases.

Don’t buy from Fred’s beds unless you’re prepared to go without pieces of furniture for more then 3 months. They tell you they will follow up with you and never do. Most frustrating experience ever. Still waiting!!!

This is the absolute worse place to buy anything. Jason will talk to you a million miles an hour, confuse you and him both. He will charge you a bunch of money and then order the wrong thing. I would have been better off at the salvation army store

I bought a mattress at Fred's Beds. After about 2 years it had a large sag in the middle. I went through the warranty program from the manufacturer and got a credit. I had to use the credit at Fred's Beds. I looked at another mattress that was on sale and wanted to purchase it. The manager (Maurice) told me I could not have the sale price because I was using a credit. I had to argue with him to get the sales price. The new mattress (3 years old) now has a sag in it as well. Even though I would get a credit for this mattress, I will not go back to this place. They sell junk and are not reputable.

I called from a business to inquire about a bed for a client. Maurice answered the phone. In the middle of explaining what was needed, he interrupted and said he had a customer coming in and would have to return my call. I'm a customer. Was there a preference of a walk-in over a phone customer from another business? I called a competitor.

Jewelry from my grandmother's bedroom that was hanging on hooks when Fred's Beds delivery personnel arrived was missing when they departed. Management was entirely unresponsive to the allegations.

My elderly mother purchased a mattress from Fred's Beds. The mattress itself was not the problem. The problem is that the men who delivered the mattress stole two necklaces from her room while delivering the mattress. One necklace was a very expensive gold coin and the other while not expensive had great sentimental value as it was given to her by my sister-in-law who died from covid this year. My husband called the store only to be given a runaround. We have filed a police report, but the whole point is that when trying to let the store know that they have thieves on their payroll, the manager could not be bothered to come to the phone and the store employee would not say anything. Take care if you allow their delivery people into your home!

These guys had my stuff to my trailer before I could walk out the store and around the side to help load it. Great product and service. Thanks Fred's beds for your excellent and professional service to me today as I needed this bed asap for my father who is having trouble sleeping.

I was disappointed in the salesman and how he spoke to my mother in law. He seemed not to want her to ask questions and frustrated. I found his sales skills lacking integrity. I was surprised because I called ahead and it seemed like a great place that would take care of us, maybe it was a one rough employee but I would be hesitant to return. I had heard good recommendations from locals about Freds Beds and was excited to invest in a bed built in North Carolina but this was not the day.

I contacted the manager of the Fred's Beds stores and explained the problem. He helped me that very day and a new bed was delivered!!!!!!

Bought a coffee table which was delivered with damage and 7 months later still don’t have replacement. Tried to resolve other ways like price adjustment or picking another table with no results. Have to keep calling to check as when I leave message don’t get return calls. Very unhappy with customer service and just made BBB complaint as I think I’ve been patient till now. Don’t recommend
