Walked in looking for a cute dress and the brunette sales associate with glasses was sitting down on her phone the entire time I was in the store. She did not say a word to me or the other customers in the store. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Other than that, great little boutique with cute clothes!

Visited this location with my mother and 11 year old sister today because this is my mom’s favorite boutique to shop at in the Winston-Salem location. After walking in , we instantly felt very unwelcome and incessantly watched by sales associates or either secret shoppers . I say that because some did not have name tags on. These stigmatizing actions made us want to leave immediately due to the bad energy all around the store and all of the staring and or following . Although this is a beautiful store with lovely pieces, this location needs serious training on customer service, communication and training on being discrete if they’re going to have secret shoppers or employees watching people . Which either way is unknowledgeable to assume that people are going to steal based on how they look.

Stopped in the other day to find a dress for my post wedding pictures. Cameryn and Ashlyn were so sweet and helpful. I was able to find a dress and some cute accessories!

My daughter and I came in. I think her name was Ericka, made this experience so easy, and great. We were shopping for my mothers funeral, my daughter is very picky, but ericka found several outfits so easy and fast. Definitely would recommend this shop, and her to anyone finding Trouble in finding things for events

Okay listen I am in the parking spot in front of this store rn after just returning some stuff that didn’t work out. But I have NEVER dealt with a more rude, unwelcoming, NASTY retail worker in my life. The girl with the bigger glasses. I was finishing my transaction which she seemed annoyed I was there and after I pulled my card out and was putting my stuff away she goes “BYEE” and the girl next to her looked uncomfortable and said she hoped I had a great rest of my day but I’m telling you my jaw dropped at the audacity of this chick. I’m sorry you hate your job or you think I don’t belong or I don’t even know what but dang can’t a girl just shop and do her business without someone making it uncomfortable?! Never going back.
