I have been having things framed at this fabulous place for over 30 years. The employees I know have been there a long long time. They sure know what they're doing! Talmzi & Nancy are so knowledgeable about mattings & how to really make a picture stand out!!! I take a picture of my order, which everyone should do to remember exactly what I'm picking up. Can not believe there would be an unhappy person to write a bad review. They must have made a mistake on their part... referring to a review I read here. There's something majorly wrong with them or always have to have something to complain about . T They are the best in town & I refer everyone I know.

I’ve been a long time customer 18 years + and have always loved everything they have done. They have always been super helpful with picking out frames. I’m also a big advocate for supporting small business. I had a problem with the frame this time, and I do not feel like the frame that was applied was the frame I ordered. I asked if we could come up with a solution (I did not want a refund) and the answer was a flat no, my only option was for me to pay full price for a different frame. It was $367.00 ? I will not be returning and my advice would be to make sure you have a photo of the corner sample and the order form. I’m very sad as I loved this place, they’ve framed my wedding photos, kids portraits, art work ect for years. What a missed opportunity.

Best place to frame or reframe your favorite print. They help you choose complimentary mats and frames. Not fast. But excellent final product.

I took a 12x14" canvas print to The Frame Works for a slender frame to compliment the colors. The owner was friendly enough when I dropped off the print and I had hoped to come back with additional framing jobs. However, when I picked up the framed print after a rather lengthy delay, I was charged a whopping $100! There was no glass or mat involved; just the frame and a brown paper backing with a wire to hang it and two felt pads. The owner was not cordial on the return visit. I felt that they cater mainly to the more "affluent". Therefore, I will take my future framing jobs to Hobby Lobby, which did a fine job on a much larger art work with mat and glass and the cost was very reasonable.

The staff is super knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. You can tell they have a passion for the work. They were able to make my picture look fantastic, just like new. The price was very reasonable and the turn around for the work was only a few days, even though I was a walk in and they were already busy. Just a heads up, they do prefer you to call and make an appointment, rather than a walk in. I was very pleased with the experience there, and will definitely take my next framing project to them.
