Had to do self checkout because only 1 register open with 2 other associates standing there talking. As I start to check out the scanner doesn't work. I tried multiple time until I looked at the kid staring at me who finally tells me it doesn't work. I say I'm not picking up all of the items (cases of water soda and Gatorade). He says I'm not doing it I have 1 arm. Not ok let's move over here or let me get you help. Food lion has gone down hill.

I shop here all the time but I just wanted to say thank you to the lady who helped pack my groceries yesterday while I was there with my 2 year old around 1030 I was having a hard day and my 2 year old was giving me alot of stress and her kindness was appreciated after othed customers were giving me snotty remarks about my child walking around the store and miss behaving

I went to Food Lion to purchase a fruit tray which I found! great! On my way home to enjoy my self. Try some you might like it a variety of mix fruit.

Love the ducks in this area. This Food Lion has made sure both me and the ducks feel safe shopping here. Don't listen to the duck haters. They belong here. Food Lion does not discriminate.
