The woman working pickup doesn't understand how their system works and ranted at me for letting them know I'm on my way, thinking I told them at the store. And slammed my car door after putting the groceries in the car, I like food lion prices but I'll pass on this food lion in the future.

Christmas Eve Food Lion advertised they would be closing at 6 PM I went to the Food Lion on Kerr Avenue and they closed at 5:30 instead of 6 PM. I called and the customer service representative was very rude and hung up on me.I called the Food Lion on Oleander and ended up speaking with a manager named Deanna. She was very helpful & friendly and actually seems to know what customer service really means!

Awful customer service. The neighborhood’s demographics have changed dramatically and the store has finally received a well overdue remodel. However, none of this prompts a need to subjectively profile customers. Supervisor #323 clearly needs bias training and a refresher on how to speak to, serve, and treat customers desiring to spend their money at this location.
