So I go in because I have a nail in my tire. Didn't think I would need the whole thing replaced but they wouldn't patch it since the "tire was in bad shape". Here or there. After waiting and paying, I go and get in my car to see they replaced the WRONG TIRE. I go back in and they had the nerve to try and charge me for another tire. No apology, no discount for wasting my time. I should have just called off work to get this patched for $50 and better service.

Great customer service! Cars keep on running well. They do what they say they can do and do it well.

Assessment of the vehicle was very slow, even with an appointment. Price quoted was high compared to other sources.

Last time coming here ! They made my door button more damage ! And try to say they didn’t do it . When you confront them they have an attitude and get mad. And talk to you anyway in front of other customers.

TL;DR: AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTSI took my vehicle for coils and spark plugs at the end of the summer, 2023, because I threw a cylinder 3 misfire code, and I couldn't get to my regular mechanic team. I didn't get my car back for about a week, and when I got it back it was running extremely loud. Flash forward to the beginning of December, 2023, and my car is not drive-able. I scanned the car and it threw a cylinder 4 misfire code. I took it to my regular mechanic and they said it sounds like Firestone didn't do something right, and that I should call them and see if they'll do any warranty work for me. When I called Firestone they said it was outside of their 90 day warranty policy and that they could POSSIBLY do some warranty work, but they would have to diagnose it themselves (I had 2 different people diagnose the car already and had paperwork for both), and when I asked how much it would be they said it was going to be over $100. I've had a car savvy friend look at my car since, and there is damage to my engine is not reparable without spending thousands of dollars that I don't have. I've literally been told it would be cheaper to get a new car. Based on reviews I've read, it's not uncommon for these guys to "fix" your car. I genuinely believe that they compromised something in my vehicle, because up until I took it to Firestone on Shipyard I never had a problem with my car. I've taken psychotically good care of my care, and now I have to figure out a way to get a new one. Because of these guys, I had to miss Christmas with my family and have been without a car for a little over a month.

The service manager, Mike Riehle, is absolutely despicable. I have NEVER seen a manager with worse customer service skills. I will never get any work done here again as long as he's there and would advise you not to as well.

Mike is very nice every time we come in and helps us understand what is going on every step of the way. I have never had problems taking my vehicle here. All the mechanics are also nice and knowledgeable of my Acura. It’s hard finding trustworthy mechanics these days but I wholeheartedly know that my vehicle is in the best and most capable hands.

Had 4 tires to be installed to find out the the tires were on they way that morning they arrived and installed and balanced all 4 tires but cound not perform the alignment had issues with the unit was told it might take 2 weeks to get the machine fixed.so that same day I reached out to the North Myrtle Beach Firestone they scheduled me the next day for the alignment I did not wanted to wait for up to 2 weeks with a new set of tires.Thank you Firestone of North Myrtle Beach for help. I understand things happen but had to dive to another location about a hour the next day to get the alignment done. Just somewhat inconvenience.

On my way home today I heard the dreaded thump of an obvious nail in my tire. Knowing they would be busy on a Monday night, I still called my local Firestone and the manager, Mike, told me to stop in and, in his words, "We'll make it work." True to his word, I had a repaired tire in no time. Thanks to my road hazard policy, there was no charge. Kudos!
