LIFE SAVERS!!! Sadly I left my car lights on while cleaning my car and drained my battery.Ryan and Sawyer to the rescue!!!They used Fins portable charger but it wasn’t able to charge my battery.Sawyer offered to jump start with his brand new battery cables and car started immediately.They saved my day!!!While I’m a AAA member I couldn’t bear the thought of having to wait 45 minutes after being out entire day.Early Christmas present for this senior.Thank you thank you thank you to these helpful young men.

I would like to thank Brett who went the gold mile to make sure that I was happy with my car wash experience. He asked if everything went well and that my car was very clean and even offered me a free drink! He told me that he was the Assistant Manager at the South College Road location in Wilmington, NC and Brett deserves a raise!!! ??

This is a Favorite local car wash place that has unlimited vacuums. The employees could do a better job at washing your car before you go through but aside from that, I have no complaints.

They have a $5 wash, which is great. The down side to Finn's is that they don't pre-soak and scrub the front of the car where the bugs are smashed and they tend to stay on the car

I purchased the Finns ultimate car wash package when it was on sale for $1. I was unable to use the first month which was the $1 price as i had a medical condition which prevented me from driving. The package I bought was to be renewed each month for $39.99 which entitles you to unlimited Ultimate car washes a month.It's now two week into the second month and I went for my first car wash since I purchased the car was package. When you buy these packages from Finns the put a barcode tag on the inside of the cars windshield. When I bought this package I was told all I had to do was drive up to the gate and the barcode would be read and I would be admitted to the car wash. This is not ture at least in my case. THe barcode was read then the payment screen wanted a lot more information, more so that if I'd just paid with a credit card. I had such a problem using the Finns barcode system that the car wash attendant came mover and tried to make it work. It took the attendant about three minutes or so to get the pass bar up so I could proceed in getting my car washed.I paid for the Ultimate car wash and today when I got that car wash no tire shine was preformed. After the car wash was completed I went to the office and cancelled my car wash package. When asked way I explained to the attendant that the Finns barcode pass system did not work as stated when I bought the option. It was stated to me that sometimes the system does not work. Oh well no you lost a customer.Other car wash providers in Wilmington who use a barcode scanner just do a scan and go.Thanks AAA and Finns for nothing.

This location is always very clean and the staff are incredible! Today I got to chatting with the manager, Ethan, and he was very personable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place because the manager was great!

First experience with this car wash! Very nice and clean! Also, I have never been to a car wash that has a machine that auto cleans your floor mats, mine desperately needed to a cleaning! Will definitely use this place again!

Great staff and good car wash. Always clean towels and window cleaner. There are plenty of good vacuums. Would be great with a front end and fender pre-washers.

I will literally never go to another car wash again. Not only is it affordable but the staff is so amazing!! They came over to check up on me and gave me a free scent thing! He also saw that i was trying to clean my mats myself t because I did not realize they had a fun little automatic machine! I walked over and he showed me how it was done. I was there for like 2 hours and it is by far the best car wash I have ever been to!!
