Very patient sales staff willing to work with you to find the best match. Did not feel pushy at all but did try to expand your perspective to consider good alternatives. Pretty complete showroom for upscale or high-end appliances and fixtures.

Very disappointed. Very high end fixtures , very overpriced for high end fixtures. The disappointed part is really went there for bathroom remodel options on the stuff on their website not in store- "that is from a company we partner with but dont have here" or words to that effect.

Pro:Decent collection & selection.Nice show room.Convenient Wilmington location.Con:Pricey!Sketchy custom service, hard to get a call back. IMHO, mostly focused on major builders large orders.Website lists stuff local store won't get, local store has stuff not on website.

Had a very frustrating experience. I worked with Jessica who came well recommended. I set an appointment with her and it felt as though she would've rather been anywhere else. She left and returned to us several times. Turned her nose up at our budget conscious goal for our new home. I did not expect to be able to afford everything I wanted but was willing to invest in particular pieces. It was a very unfortunate experience. Ferguson lost my business.

I buy plumbing parts from the great staff at the retail counter adjacent to the gallery. Important! Counter sales is open 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon-Fri and 7:30 am to noon Saturday.

Should have read the terrible reviews before we went there. We received terrible customer service also. Girl at the desk eating popcorn was not happy with us that we ask a question. You would think management would make a change when the reviews keep saying the same things.

Business does not answer the phone nor reply to phone messages. If you are not going to answer the phone, at least minimize the number of rings so it takes less time to leave a message that you ignore anyway.
