This is my FedEx!! I always have my vape fluid dropped here with MC and the other sweet girl to be picked up. MC has really gone above and beyond to help me with packages. They are both an asset to the FedEx company especially MC. I always look forward to coming in and seeing these ladies. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful all the time

Ryan has excellent customer service! There was an elderly woman in front of me that needed extra assistance. Ryan was so patient with her, but also took time to thank me for my patience. During my time working with Ryan, he was so nice to chat with as we went through what I needed. I felt like he could do his job blindfolded! I will continue to bring my business there because of Ryan! Hope he reaches out so Chick-fil-A Monkey Junction so he can be an office hero by having us bring Chick-fil-A to the other office! When I got here the store was closed even though it was almost 10 am and has been open several times at 10am even earlier in the past. There was a sign on the door that says "be back in under 5 minutes " I waited over 5 minutes and nothing. I guess the manager of this store is fine with employees running around all over Walmart when they should be at the store when it's supposed to be open. I've found another fedex location to go to. Will not be coming back here!

Customer service was great! The gentleman that helped me was fast, efficient and friendly. For that I give 5 stars. I felt it was overpriced. 8.99 to have my fragile item bubble wrapped & fragile stickers placed on the box. It cost me more to ship it than the gift cost. UPS doesn't charge to package the item being shipped. I'll go back to UPS.

Very friendly staff and quick service, I like to go and drop off my packages without a problem or big line. They have boxes for everything there. Highly recommend.

I am a first-time FedEx user and small business owner. I called this store for help and couldn't be more grateful to have spoken with Jesse Coleman. He was very patient and helped me understand all of my options, including how to purchase a label online and still use my own packaging. As a result, I'm sure I'll be using Fedex more often. In contrast, I initially called the Oleander store and was told they were a "drop-off" location and was immediately transferred to the FedEx 1-800 number instead of getting the help I needed. Very happy I called the Monkey Junction store and was able to speak with someone so informed and helpful. Thank you Jesse!
