The line was slow. Left the address of where I was shipping in my car. Ran out and came in seconds later, had to wait in line again.

This particular store employee Jeremy went above and beyond and helped me gather my 100+ pound return in the parking lot with a positive attitude. Jeremy was encouraging and quick to lend a hand when he saw I was in need. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I recently had a bunch of photos I wanted printed for gallery frames. I had no idea what I was doing so I went into the store. Gabe helped me and he was fantastic! He walked me through everything and made fantastic suggestions. My photos look amazing. Everyone in the store was so kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Friendly quick service. Also have print, copy, and a lot of other services. Will ship items with batteries unlike other fed ex drop sites.

David is the absolute best. He makes any experience at FedEx quick, easy, and efficient. I pretty much cry when I have to return something at UPS bc they have high turn over, understaffed, impersonal. This FedEx, and David especially, make everything just a lot better.

If you are looking for incredible customer service, this is the place.I went to FedEx after having a poor experience at Office Depot.At FedEx Justin was so helpful and friendly! He went above and beyond to help me make my printed items beautiful for a bridal shower. I came out with a better end result than I could have hoped to have on top of the gratitude for such positive interactions with the employees.
