I was instructed by Parkway Subaru to use this business to replace my cracked windshield. I called and left a voicemail regarding my situation and I'm still waiting for a call back 12 days later. Based on other reviews on this vendor I decided to use Safelite who did an excellent job.

I've called several times about the reckless driving through neighborhoods with children. Obviously could care less about anyone's safety. One driver almost ran head into me bc he wasn't paying attention and speeding in a 25mph zone.

I can't review the services he provides. I can however review his aggressive driving practices and phone use while driving. It is disconcerting to have a large vehicle behind you in heavy traffic on Market street and watch the driver texting with his phone on top of the steering wheel on 3 instances that o saw in my rearview. As soon as he put his phone down, he began following me closely then zoomed over to the slow lane and proceeded to tailgate that driver as well. I will never use his services if he is willing to endanger my children and myself in that way
