Today I went to Farmers Supply and was deeply offended. I purchased twine, several weeks ago and wanted to return it and did not have my receipt. Last week I purchased dog food, and asked the clerk about returning my twine. They said since I did not have the receipt they would give me store credit.Today I purchased fruit spray and was told, in a very unpleasant way, they would not give me a store credit for the twine. I recently moved to Wilmington, but have been frequenting the store from Southport for 19 years, and recommending them to many people in our former community. I did spend hundreds of dollars a year there, but will not go there again.

I had a great experience today. I went on my lunch looking for a plant for my desk and ended up with a plant and 2 beautiful pots. It was my first time there and I received one on one customer service from a wonderful woman. AND I got to see some pretty cute baby chicks ? I will be back VERY soon ! Thank you guys

Poor customer service. Bought a 5 in 1 dog shot and didn’t inform me it needed to be done 3 times so I pretty much wasted money take ur dog to the vet vs unprofessional place

The folks here are the sweetest and most helpful. I love to get the pine pellets (horse bedding) for my cats litter. This is a perfect substitute for tractor supply. They even loaded the pellets into my car!

Farmers Supply has gone extremely down the tube with customer service. Seems like someone has cleaned house of old employees who were polite and helpful and provided customer service. Most of the employees are new and young. They have ZERO customer service skills. Rude. Non-accommodating. Everything is an extreme bother to them. You make a call there and you will see just how rude they are in answering the phone. Owner, I am not sure what is going on but you better get it in check or your business is going to go under. Don’t take us midtown Oleander, Forest Hills folk for granted. As a long time customer I am very disappointed!

Went to Farmers Supply to purchase a few tomato plants and possibly small flower plants to start in a hanging basket. We did find our tomatoes. In fact they had a great variety and selection. When it came to flowers everything was very pricey in our opinion and really no packs of multiple plants . Probably would not return.

Great selection of plants and gardening supplies at a very reasonable price. They have an extensive seed selection as well as anything you could possibly need for anything garden related.

To go to for lawn care. Went for advice on my lawn and Diane was more than helpful. Knowledgeable, more than happy to help, and fun to chat with. Will be back when my pre-emergent is done so I can seed.

I have came here twice in the past month and the little girl who works upfront has had an attitude both times the first time it was worse and I thought OK maybe she just had a bad day, but it must just be her personality because when I went here the second time, she still acting the same, those type of people are not the ones that you want to keep customers. Thank you and have a good day. Smile babe and be nice it's good for you.
