“I had a mid-morning bloodwork appointment. There's a complex of buildings - a little confusing so I went into one for directions. Very nice staff gave me directions and checked me in so I would not have to in the correct office. I was about 10 minutes early - waited about a minute and was called in. Out the door finished before my actual appointment time. Sweet!”
