I don't know if the guy working there is the owner or not, but whoever he was he was completely rude and unprofessional. He is kind of heavy set late 30s guy. When I came in I think he was asleep and I finally got his attention he smelled like drink. I asked him about some new prices and went in the back and made a phone call and didn't come back.i waited about five minutes and left. What a waste of time. No wonder people say not to go there. He leaves a really bad impression of the place.

Update: 2-17-21.Prices have still gone up and the staff is mediocre at best now. After shopping around it's with my dismay that I will no longer be going to madvapes. (8 year customer). After buying multiple coils and being told that they were compatible, when in reality they were not, was the last straw.The staff is great but the prices keep on increasing. The point system they use to have was great but has eroded to an online platform where you have to log on to use them. It's clunky and you get very little in return for being a customer for 6 years. I've already transitioned to take my business elsewhere. Good luck!

Adam was probably the most helpful person I've came across since I've started vaping. Helpful, sanitary, and an extremely nice guy. Very good at their jobs and provided much needed insight.

So I grew up in Wilmington and moved out of state years ago. My brother just had his daughter Thursday and I flew in today to spend the week visiting. Anyone who fly's knows that if you only bring carry on luggage you aren't bringing your vape with you. After a less than stellar trip my brother and I came here because it was close to his house. I told the guy my situation and that I just needed something to get me through the week I was here. The guy made great recommendations and went over and beyond to take care of me. If you need vape supplies this is the place to get them. I have never had such a stellar experience at a vape shop before than the one I did here. Anytime I'm in town, this will be the place I shop. I encourage everyone else to support them because they truly are awesome!

Went in determined to replace cigarettes but skeptical due to past attempts with vaping. Adam was awesome! He listened and addressed all my concerns, found me a perfectly blended flavor and a mod that fits me and my lifestyle all within my budget. I felt no pressure and I'm walking out confident with the information hes given me. I will be back for sure!

Fired my favorite mixologist but they have made a decent come back sadly they don't seem to keep employees very long. Always seem to out of the coils I'm looking for sadly.

I've been ripped off by this place more than once!!! They sell u discounted tanks without telling u they r discontinued, then when u return to get coils they r supposed to b "on order" and then they never show up!!!! So u paid an unreasonable price for a paperweight in the end!!!
