I’m giving one star because It was still well put together and pretty, my husband bought me the $400 one that comes with the strawberry plush and balloons for Valentine’s Day.Meanwhile after eating it, me my son and my husband all get food poisoning. At first we thought it was our other food. We ate that day. So we went to the ER still due to the vomiting and things like that… I was better. So I was like MAYBE I’ll try this again to see if it was that. I didn’t eat ANYTHING else today. And here I am again. Vomiting and diarrhea again. So back to the ER I shall go.I just hope this didn’t happen to anyone else. It was good while it lasted.Thank you to my husband for being thoughtful.

Just had a delivery from my family and it was a perfect surprise. Fruit is so delicious and the arrangement so clever and pretty. Loaded with clipped and decorated strawberries. Pretty cut outs in pineapple. Came chilled and in perfect condition. I highly recommend it as a gift for someone post surgery. Much better than flowers!

My whole family has Covid, and I decided to order fruit delivery to help us get better. This establishment called to tell me they couldn’t do same or next day delivery, despite my order being taken online. When I answered the phone, I could barely speak, and the associate went into a spiel about how they didn’t know why the website took my order without ever apologizing. In the future, the appropriate way to inform a customer that you can’t fulfill their order is to start with an apology. The excuses are not helpful, especially to someone who could barely answer the phone.

Each time I order an arrangement from these fine folks. The quality of the fruit and chocolates is the best! I don't know why but I can't find fruit as good in the store . Today I ordered a basket for my granddaughters b- day ,late in the day. They were so kind and they got the job done ? thanks for being so professional.

Was so very THRILLED with the gifts I sent from Edible Arrangements this week. The staff was so very helpful and patiently helped me decide on my order. There was no rushed selling or upcharging at all. She answered my questions and seemed to love her job. Afterwards, The recipients were so happy! The fruit was so FRESH and you can easily see the employees went above and beyond. I could not be more delighted. It was all BEAUTIFUL! They create works of art. I had a fairly large order and the attention to detail was wonderful in each one. Everyone raved at how yummy everything tasted. I'm so grateful and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ms. Laura and her staff on Military Highway!
