I live close to Euro Werks which is convenient, but not why I go there. I trust my car to their care because they are excellent, courteous, reasonable, and communicative every step of the way. Working with Nate makes me appreciate all over again the importance of a high-quality customer and provider interaction. Nate and technician Ian took care of the issues my car was experiencing, keeping me informed using language I could understand. Not being a car person, I found their honest, straightforward manner refreshing. Thank you! This is the only place I will trust with my car!

My wife went there for an inspection this morning as we have to have our car registered by the end of the month. The tech she spoke with told her she needs to go to Wallace (which was 45 mins away) and get a temporary registration card. NC State Law does not require that and they made her beleive it does. I called up NCDMV only to find out they do not require this. I called quicktech only to find out that is their policy. So, instead of typing in a VIN# to apply the inspection to, they sent her all the way to Wallace. This is just bad business. If 2 hours of my wifes time isnt worth you doing 5 minutes of data entry, than you certinly do not dersrrve my business. When I called them , they didnt care. Take your business elsewhere, they obvosuly do not need it based on their customer service. Shame on you

Nate rocked it on the service we needed for my wife’s Porsche. The text updates on progress were awesome and a much better experience than any dealership and the value is great.

By far, the best auto body shop, auto repair shop, or automotive service experience (I have experienced) in Wilmington. Friendly and well-informed staff, always happy to answer all of my Audi questions and subtle reminders for service updates and oil changes.
