Store is clean. On the day I last visited I was not accosted by an outdoor person. Have been before. I go here for emergency items, dont feel safe outdoors.staff is nice.

Closed at 7 on Valentine’s Day while the cashier is just standing at the register with the doors locked. No sign on the door, It’s always something at this location wether it’s the store itself or the pharmacy. Will NOT be returning

It’s such a terribile experience getting a prescription filled here. If you have to call for any reason, plan to block off at least an hour because that’s typically how long it takes someone in pharmacy to answer. That’s if you’re lucky, I think you can only leave a voicemail now. If you need to use good rx, or have a medication you can’t fill online in the app just the thought of knowing you have to deal with this time consuming nightmare is so incredibly miserable.

Worst pharmacist I have ever dealt with! She had some kind of accent and she screamed at me because they messed up my medicine. When I asked to speak to a manager she screamed at me refusing to give me her name and kept yelling cussing at me! Are you kidding

Horrible pharmacy staff. They keep diving me the wrong script or run out of my meds even tho i got a text saying there ready for them to not be there at all .....I will be going to the oleander store for now on. For any medication. Because their manager knows how to do his job and in less than a minute. Explain to me what the problem was. You have been warned, don't use this pharmacy?

Rudest pharmacist I’ve ever spoken to. I had some questions and confusion around a prescription and she complained about how I didn’t understand after a few minutes of discussion, told me it was a good idea to use another pharmacy, and threatened to hang up because I was taking too long to understand- the call took less than 10 minutes. I have never been treated that way on the phone- horrific customer service.

They are the absolute worst. They don't answer the phone. I had to physically go there to handle my stuff after ten days, which they never did. They could care less about their patients.

says online the store is open at 8am and it says it on the sign outside the front door... yet everytime i try to grab something i need before work at like 8:15am it's never open.

I’m here at the 3302 Market Street location that says it opens at 8am. It’s 8:12am and the store is dark. There are other people outside waiting to go in but no employees. This is completely unacceptable.

This place sucks. Pharmacist thinks she knows more than the prescribing physicians. She’s rude. And argumentative. Always acts like her time is being wasted (you know, filling prescriptions for people who need them). The pharmacy never updates any records and acts like it’s a hassle if you get new insurance or ask a question. Makes it really hard to get your RXs filled, even when it’s the same medication you’ve taken for years. Looking for an alternative pharmacy because this isn’t it.
