Wireless provider with a good selection of phones and a friendly staff. Even though the stores may be around in almost every neighborhood the real distinction is in the level of customer service that is offered at the different locations. This location in particular had a high level of customer service and I was really happy and relieved at the knowledge of the staff.

Went into this store to get my account number and was told that they did not have access to that information. Had to call customer service to get my account number. Needs a transfer PIN also. I was told that store personnel could help me get that also. They said no. My wife had to change her phone number to fully switch to Verizon. Very,very poor customer service . I would not ever recommend this company.

Oh my goodness! Got the best help for my phone ever. This young man jumped out of his seat when I walked in to see what he could do to help me and he had a world's worth of information about my phone. So anxious to share and explain to me all my questions and reservations. Cricket has been my carrier for a very long time and they finally have some very active and worthwhile sales people. Thank you very much.
