Restricts our card without giving us a reason why, no fraud alert, or anything. This happens a lot. Really regretting our decision to bank here

We engaged in a construction loan to mortgage. The process was painful and unclear for us and our builder. Communication was all over the place. I would NOT recommend this establishment at all for this type of business.
