The pharmacy is always swamped, but the staff manages to be amongst the most efficient and friendliest in Wilmington. You can't help but develop a rapport with many of them, as they have been familiar faces for what may be a decade now.

I have used them since they opened and their prices are great. Plus they always have what you need. Not like CVS where you need medicine and have to wait a day or do for it to be ordered. John and Barbara are very knowledgeable and willing to listen to you questions and concerns. I love this place.

I went to Costco with my family and was accosted with the most thorough receipt check I've ever received. I don't know if it was because there was no line or what but the woman checking receipts at the end recounted our items before saying "I keep coming to 26 items", then proceeded to count them out loud and counted 24 items. Then item by item cross reference the receipt and turned out the clerk had not scanned our biggest item ( a box of muffins). They proceeded to call a manager for an audit who then had to walk me all the way to the checkout registers to proceed with payment. Thus making me walk across the ginormous line they caused and making it look like I was trying to steal muffins from Costco? Problem here: a) rude customer service, b) how do they implement checking receipts and not have a way to pay for any I scanned items there or at customer service, and c) do not have a system that inherently shames and embarrasses paying members for a mistake made by your employees (again, I didn't use self checkout, the employee at the register is the one who didn't scan the item). I've never felt so displaced by a business, especially one I paid $200 to join.

Myrtle Beach is a much better option. More products, friendlier employees. Specifically want to call out Mike in the produce area. He's saving the world one box at a time and is a total asshole. Mike- if you did your job and the moldy produce wasn't out for customers to see, people wouldn't need to move boxes!

I visited customer service on Wednesday morning because I had trouble the last couple times with my cc card not matching my Costco account number. The nicest and most helpful person Cheryl Hadrick ( I'm not sure of the spelling of her last name). My faux pas for not getting that. She was amazing. 50 stars for Cheryl who so kindly and patiently walked me through putting the app on my phone and making sure everything was proper. I work with the public as well and I will think of Cheryl and her kindness going forward.

I usually have a great experience at Costco. Today whenever I went in to Costco though I noticed that this manager, Lolina, was being very rude to her coworkers when I was checking out. In the process of overhearing the rude things she was saying to her workers, I ended up forgetting an item. When I got home, I realized it was gone and I went back to Costco to retrieve it. This woman Lolina was very rude in the process of me asking if I could retrieve my item I left. I'm very disgusted that she cannot respect her workers members or herself.

Manager was very rude and made me put all the groceries back on the shelf rather than check out because my membership had recently expired.

Extremely rude over the phone. Unfortunately my medication HAS to come from costco ?. Why work in a pharmacy when you are rude to patients over the phone and don't care about their health? Looking at other reviews it seems RUDENESS is a common issue.
