The pharmacy is always swamped, but the staff manages to be amongst the most efficient and friendliest in Wilmington. You can't help but develop a rapport with many of them, as they have been familiar faces for what may be a decade now.

I have used them since they opened and their prices are great. Plus they always have what you need. Not like CVS where you need medicine and have to wait a day or do for it to be ordered. John and Barbara are very knowledgeable and willing to listen to you questions and concerns. I love this place.
