Staff is extremely friendly, the space is comfortable and clean. They offer a wide variety of work spaces to fit anyone’s needs. It’s calm and quiet but still lively. This is by far the best shared workspace I’ve been to. I’m hoping they expand to Charlotte!

Best office space we could have asked for in Wilmington. First time using shared office space and Common Desk has been nothing but the best. The building layout is amazing and everyone who works here is incredible. Will be here for a long time!

My wife, our dog, and myself worked from 8-5 here in the open area and we have zero complaints. Parking garage was 8 bucks and plenty of food options around. If we get stuck in the city again will for sure use this place again.

Newly renovated building. Beautiful interior. Loads of offices, meeting rooms. Common kitchens, handicapped bathrooms. Coffee shop, for members only.Not a coffee shop..

Awesome work space! All the staff are helpful and efficient. Coffee is always fresh, tons of tea options. Booking a conference room is a cinch! The urban, modern vibe is the perfect environment for our digital agency at Wide Open Tech. So glad we found this place!

So far so great. The environment is very nice with many beverage options to choose from during the day. It has been nice talking with diverse professionals throughout the day and having interactions and close networks rather than working from home.

There's only two of us in our regional office, so it's been nice to build a community with (and even just to interact with) other professionals.
