Rooms: When booking online you have the option to choose which room works best for you. The Rooms are kept up with the help of housekeeping!! That's right!! clap! Those ladies went above and beyond. Toiletries stock, clean linens etc....Nearby activities: Everything is so relatively close from the hotel. Here's to name a few....grocery-Walmart, Target, Lowe's food & Harris Teeter. Restaurants-Cook-Out, Starbucks, Wendy's, Carolina Ale House, Outback, Kickback Jack's, Wing Stop, Might as Well Bar & Grill to name a few.Safety: Parking lot is well lit. Also, they're cameras located in the hallways.Food & drinks: When booking with Comfort Inn, the hotel offers Hot breakfast seven days a week & if you're a coffee drinker, coffee is available 24 hours a day.

This was the first time in Wilmington N.C. first hotel stop. Price was very reasonable with my big family (2 nights) Free pool access, free breakfast and free infant crib. Unfortunately the weather stopped us from using the pool. Check in and out was nice and quick. All staff where amazing (housekeeping came around and gave clean towel).Plus it's a non-smoking environment! Yes!!!Rooms: Room was clean. Staff was nice and generous when told I had my infant offered a free crib for stay to use. No extra fee. Nice!Nearby activities: Not to far from beachesFood & drinks: Had a section where you can purchase items.Breakfast was free. Had good section of food and drinks. Staff were nice and friendly when needed more food or drinks.

Awesome front desk service and very clean rooms. The breakfast was not hot. The cleaning service was loud in the hallways and you could hear doors slamming early in the morning. However, we will be back!Rooms: Very clean and comfortable

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, had hair around the sink area that I could tell that someone shaved facial hair. Also long hairs on shower wall. The staff was nice though??

My wife and kids were in town to attend a surf camp for cancer kids at Wrightsville beach. It is 20 minutes from the beach. The rooms and hotel were neat and clean. The staff was very helpful, and friendly. We will most likely be back next year for the same camp, and will look to stay here again.

service was horrible. i went today and tried to book a room in person. the lady at the front did not tell me the price of the room before i put my card in. i had stayed there the night before for $119 and told her that, so i figured the price was the same. AFTER i put my card (with no price indicated anywhere on the screen) she told me it was actually $250. i immediately apologized and told her that was too much for me at the moment and nevermind. she then grunted at me and told me she could refund me but it would take 7-10 business days. after this transaction i was completely out of money and could not afford to pay for a new place anywhere and had to cut my vacation short. i sat in the lobby sobbing. the lady was horribly rude and should know that it is 100% customary to tell people how much they are paying beforehand. will never stay here again.

I checked in on July 29 and the front desk manager was very nice and professional. Her name is Cora Hart. She was absolutely amazing. My stay was by far the best this year from any other hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The other associates who made my stay pleasant was, Char, John and Montos! These employees deserve a round of applause for their professionalism! Good job guys! I would definitely stay at this property the next time I'm in town. 5 stars to all of you. Thank you.

Rooms are updated but small. Two double beds with no room to walk. Small desk and chair in room, chair was broken so it tipped back almost falling over. We were just passing through, but the area is nothing special. We've stayed at several Comfort Inn /choice hotels on this trip and this was my least favorite.

My family had a wonderful time here. Rooms were clean, the front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. The pool was clean and beautiful. The free breakfast had everything you could ever want. Definitely will be back!Food & drinks: The free breakfast had so many choices from fresh waffles to omelets.

Probably the best place I've stayed at. I can't say we found one thing wrong. Everything was clean and the staff was 5 star. Soft beds and clean bathroom, microwave, fridge and coffee pot.We were minutes from restaurants and the beach, lots of convenience. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends!☺️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Soft beds and pillows, very nice stay. Very clean and believe me I look at everything.Walkability: Minutes from restaurants and nearby shops, although it is close to a nearby busy highway there are a few places you could walk to.

The lady who checked me in was so nice and helpful, the reviews kinda set my expectations to be low but this place doesn’t get the credit it deserves. Breakfast was kept up to good standard and we got housekeeping everyday, pool was nice..honestly just a good first trip as newly weds not wanting to spend a lot to enjoy our time together we really appreciate everything and hope to come back soon

I arrived and was able to check in early. The lady at the front desk asked the cleaning lady if our room was clean she said yes. We got in the room there was a sewing needle on the rug mind you I have a 1 year old so this was a blessing from God I saw it before my son picked it up and hurt himself. I took his socks and shoes off at the door as did the other members of family that was with me and feet turned completely black. So I'm not sure who cleaned it but it was a lie. The batteries in the remote weren't working so we had to change the channel for the kids the old fashion way.The break buffet was nice but the sausage was hard as a rock whether we went down first thing or towards the middle of service. The lady's at the first desk were all very sweet. This is also a perfect location to everywhere we needed or wanted to go.
