Great place to work, good atmosphere, very professional coworkers across all of our branches. We are a 100 year old company and I've had the pleasure of being a part of it for 22 years and look forward to many more.

This company made several promises that were never delivered. They told us at the end of the lease we would own the machine for next to nothing. They never ever mentioned that we would be responsible for the return of the printer to NJ. (Freight cost is approx. $800)... Never provided the training as promised. Never even sent someone out to discuss all this before or after lease was up. Started contract at $107 a month ended 5 yr contract at $152 a month. Paid more than 2 times the value of the machine and then at the end of lease they wanted an additional $1245. They also sent me a copy of their contract with CANON who told them the value of the machine was $495. but they want me to pay $1245. I called to have a service man come in to clean machine after 4 years 11 months. He told me to order a toner overflow container because the machine was going to need one soon. Didn't bother to mention it was $52 that I was responsible for even if I returned the machine. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

Never purchase a copier from this company! They will tell you that they have great service but it sucks. They’re always late. Escalation rates are shady just allows them to rip you off the longer you’re with them! RUN AWAY
