I was skeptical when I went to this car wash but was looking for an inexpensive alternative to the more expensive full service car washes. In addition, I have nice kayak racks on my rooftop and have been informed that I can't use many car washes.I was able to use the touchless car wash though.It worked great!The car wash and equipment are very well maintained.The associate working that day was very nice and helpful. Josh was very patient with all my questions.I am seriously considering their monthly plan. It is a fantastic deal.

Love this place, I go literally twice a week if not more, yeah I have an unhealthy obsession with washing my car but anyways the only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the fact that things tend to be out of order or something is empty as far as the wax goes, been there twice this week already and both times the tri colored wax has been out, luckily the clear coat option works great as well but there is something with the tri coat that helps keep the dirt away longer

I wish they had drive-through auto wash with brushes.Whomever owns the Coastal Carolina car washes has a nice little business going with at least 8 locations I’ve found in the coastal Wilmington area. As far as carwashes go this one makes you feel like you have to always be watching over your shoulder. Have been approached many times by people offering to help clean my car out. Like my review says, it's ok, but not my first choice.

Just ok. I really felt like the wash was over priced, but that's sort of the norm in this area. The work itself was good, just expensive. Staff were friendly, albeit a bit slow in responding.

Time is quick for the cost. But I did bring both cars here lots of soap and clean establishment.. the music playing over the sound system was good.
