I askednfornthe Managers Special, which the price was at $28 on the board. I then purchased 2 key chains which were priced at 2 for $10. So my total should have been $38.. Give or take 40... I was charged $51.43.. With no explanation. I also chose the vanilla scent ( that came with rhe package) and my car smelled just like the tree that was already in my car.. I was overcharged and all the services wasn't fulfilled. I will never go back.

Coastal Car Wash is the only place I will go to have my cars washed. The staff is professional and friendly and my cars sparkle I side and out when they are done. Support local, small businesses!

Paid for the highest level of service. Would not clean the inside windshield and the back floor mats were not wiped/washed very well. Front console area was cleaned either.

I have always given my business to this car wash..but after the experience I had today, it may be the last time. I paid $40 for a wash and extra detail paid to the interior of the car. When they came to tell me the car was ready I was eager to see the inside. The column between the seats had spills and drips all over it. The weather tech mats had white hard residue on them that was not there before. The back leather seats still had dirty dog prints on them. The compartment under the dash had not been wiped out, dust all over the steering wheel mount, and dirt all over the doors. If I had not have just gotten out of the hospital I would have just done it myself. I was trying to splurge a tiny bit on my fixed income and have this done…but never again.

asked why the 'full front' was charged at $45 instead of the posted $40. response was 'that is for sedans, you gotta read the sign buddy'. I can literally go acrosss the street for lower cost and no disrespect. Btw, I have a small MDX suv.

Posted hours say they are open until 5 on Saturday. I pull in at 3:50 And they are closed. There were plenty of employees milling around in the parking lot. This is the third time this has happened.. It's a beautiful sunny day, so it's not the weather. I am done. Cruisers will get my business from now on, because they actually, follow the hours they have posted on the internet.

Just read what Ed had to say in his reply about tipping. I've worked service industries my whole life. Tips aren't the industry standard for car washing. Quit trying to ride the coattails. I tip 15-50%. Never less than 15 except once. You not providing for your employees is garbage. On a 10 scale:Value-4Attention to detail -3Satisfaction-3There a brand new wash that you can use as many times as wanted a month for what you charge for a wash. I can vacuum and clean out my car in 5 mins. 10 if I take my time.
