I can only say enjoy good things about City Storage..I have used them several times over the last few years...I have never been disappointed...Benjamin has been my primary contact person...he has been awesone..I find this company to be very honest which is hard to find these days...if u need a storage unit these r the guys to call ..thank you for all your help

Easy rental & closing out after two years. Facility is good, but has a few issues: Potholes in the concrete, vent grates that could use a tighter grid so carts roll over them smoothly and it s way too easy for my wife to get lost in there. Would use them again if needed.

For this to be close,to downtown,not worth your time,I went to both,locations,no help at all. Pinnacle Storage,is the best,hands down!

Benjamin is wonderful. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else but here when it comes to storage units. His customer service is amazing & he has helped me tremendously every month, I’m thankful to be able to have a unit with City storage. It’s the best place, if I can give 10 stars I would. Have had a great experience with City Storage N. We have a couple units there and have been doing business with City Storage for many years. It has always been easy to access and the facility is very clean and well maintained. That was the important factor in our decision to use this facility. The owner is friendly and professional. He is quick to respond and offers helpful suggestions for any of our storage needs. I highly recommend them for anyone who is needing a storage space.

I've been renting a storage unit from them for almost 4 years now. The property is secure and well maintained as I feel my unit is in a safe environment. Customer service is always on point with Benjamin answering any questions or concerns with promptness. Great experience renting with them.

I had a great experience with City Storage. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The facilities were clean, secure, and well-maintained. The access hours were convenient and the prices were very reasonable. The online reservation system was easy to use and made renting a unit hassle-free. I also appreciated the climate-controlled units which kept my belongings safe and protected from the elements. I highly recommend City Storage North for all your storage needs. The temperature controlled units are a game changer, ensuring that my belongings are protected from extreme temperatures. But what really sets this facility apart is the excellent customer service. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been top-notch and they've always gone above and beyond to make sure my experience is a positive one. Five stars all the way!
