Easy rental & closing out after two years. Facility is good, but has a few issues: Potholes in the concrete, vent grates that could use a tighter grid so carts roll over them smoothly and it s way too easy for my wife to get lost in there. Would use them again if needed.

Benjamin is wonderful. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else but here when it comes to storage units. His customer service is amazing & he has helped me tremendously every month, I’m thankful to be able to have a unit with City storage. It’s the best place, if I can give 10 stars I would. About City Storage North
City Storage North is a climate-controlled, safe and secured storage facility located in downtown Wilmington. On site is a self-service kiosk providing customers with the ability to check-in, sign their lease, purchase a lock and make payments 7 days a week between 7am and 7pm. We have a front entrance with a keypad near the kiosk and a side entrance which features a loading dock for easy loading and unloading from a truck. We have over 300 units in various sizes and each unit is equipped with an alarm sensor that is monitored 24-hours a day to prevent unauthorized entry.
