Stopped for a couple hots dogs off of the roller of death. Got 1 hot dog and 1 mild, Italian, sausage. Great service and very friendly staff. Absolutely stay away from the roller dogs...What I had was not mild, Italian or sausage. The hot dog was just a hot dog. Stay away from the Pico though, the tomatoes were far from fresh. Had to scape them off because it tasted rotten.

It is getting bad! No food, pumps are constantly out of order! There are no Cups for the fountain sodas! It is dirty on top of all that! The workers try their best with what they got! Plus it’s great when the homeless buy lottery tickets and drink their booze in the store!

So I was driving all over the place looking for roses to get me out of the doghouse, if you know what I mean. But since yesterday was Valentine’s Day all the places were out of flowers and after finally driving to the 3rd place around my girlfriends apartment I was starting to lose hope. Then I went into this circle k store and of course they were all out too. However this nice red headed manager said she knew where I could get some. The circle k at the castle hayne location. She even went as far as to help me finding the location on my gps and low and behold I got there and like she said there was plenty of nice assortments to choose from. She went out of her way and saved the day. It’s customer service like that and people like her that give businesses a good name. Thanks so much :)

It doesn't matter what day or time I come to this Circle K, they NEVER have pizza available. If you don't want to make pizza then take it off the menu. My office is close to this store and I come here every day.

This gas station is horrible. There is never food in the food service area. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go in, there is never anything. When you ask, they say “The kitchen is closed,” despite it saying that they serve food all day. This is supposed to be the bigger, nicer Circle K. But, what’s the point? When I asked when the kitchen was open, the lady at the counter say, “oh I don’t know, it depends on the person that’s working if we do anything or not.”

Clerks need better customer service.... guy at the front desk doing everything including serving food... 2 other employees hanging out on the floor ain’t doing nothing... when ask for help they didn’t even acknowledge me...

I used this station everyday until recently. The staff is friendly enough but there is always a line of customers all the way to the door. Multiple employees are alway there but only one is on a register. The other two are either stocking the shelves or mopping and seem totally oblivious to the line of 10 or more customer.

The most friendly staff ever! The store is always clean and welcoming- Lola really pops some life in there / I send her KUDOS! She has one of the best personality's EVER - and one of the reasons we have made that our "go to" Thanks to everyone that makes this place feel fun and happy!
