“Tiny (very well air-conditioned) store with tons of t-shirts, mugs, toys, trinkets and souvenirs galore for Wilmington visitors. I never got her name as we giggled and conversed, but the store employee was quite pleasant to engage with, as well. I recommend patronizing the Top Toad souvenir shop over Krazy Mike's (located on the corner of same street) to save yourself both money and any rude interaction. Shopping inside Top Toad was a memorable moment for both myself and my friends.”
“I know with today's Busy World and everyone moving to online for purchases that stores like JCPenney's often get forgotten. But stopping in one of their locations even just using it as a walk-through when you go in the mall is like a trip in the past remembering those exciting trips when you would get to go and pick out new clothes for the school year. It is really worth a visit when you're in the area or even making it a special occasion supporting these stores is important we need to continue to support these companies that have done a lot for us”
“The ladies that run this shop are mad crazy and it's great! They've got everything from local wear to remember your time in ILM to fun clothing, like various Jeep, big foot, crab, bourbon, beer, etc to choose from. Prices are great and the vibe is all good.”

“The staff here was awesome. We needed a red shirt for my daughter for work. They showed me what they had and when I explained it had to be a certain color red for her work they got online on her phone and checked other locations and found what we were looking for.They went above and beyond to be helpful. I will definitely be back when I'm not in such a hurry.”

Athough I don't have the name of the associate that so graciously assisted me, I can only hope she is recognized for the way she obliged my unique return situation in these unique times with such consideration and courtesy, leaving me feeling as if my satisfaction as a customer was what was truly most important to her and the company. I had honestly come into the store anticipating having to jump through hoops and hurdles to receive some type of resolution, however she made the entire transaction completely effortless which was appreciated more than I'm sure she knows.
