Sometimes people can be mean and makes my depression worse. Like one time the cashier was being mean when I'm an introvert I was trying to help get another frozen bag of food cause we got the wrong one. Then the cashier person told me you need to say excuse me like dang. She don't got manners saying I need to say excuse me I do my own thing. I'm a introvert my depression is so bad and I try to prevent stuff cause I give up so easily still gets me to this day. Just wish people were more nice. The Starbucks is good there tho I get the Carmel frape. Some days are alright at Harris teeters tho but if I even get looks from people that work there thinking there gonna bully me I just give up and think about sh. I go at least every week or so but other then that I guess it's alright. Prices do seem high too it would be nice if prices were better it kinda sucks how for things you need is a lot.

The girl that works at the pumps is so kind to us elderly she goes out her way to even help me clean my windshield, I just came from Charlotte and my window was covered in bugs. I wish you could give her a raise for her out standing customer service

I used to LOVE shopping at Harris Teeter when we lived in NC. This store was nice, just like I remembered the HT to be! Normal prices are fairly high (but grocery prices are high everywhere. Sigh). But some items seem extra high. A particular dog food was 6/$13 compared to the same item at Food Lion for 6/$7.14. But then some items were on sale... great deals for instance Buy One Get One Free items were a great deal. Staff were friendly. Store was stocked.

This is a huge grocery store!! They have virtually everything you can imagine (even quail and duck eggs, various vegan meats, sorbet and ice cream of every variety, lots of produce). We enjoyed all the items we purchased here during our vacation, with just a couple small issues. The first pack of berries we bought started spoiling the next morning (no big deal, happens everywhere). Also, I would appreciate more organic options that aren't packed in bags or large containers. I'm on a vacation, so I may not use up 2-3 pounds of a fruit or vegetable. Not a major problem, though, I just went for the nonorganic options for a couple fruits. The self checkout area is very organized and clean. And when we had a slight problem weighing our produce, and employee came over right away to help. We'll definitely be back! (We already returned for juice and bug spray, actually!)

Heads up! Starbucks coming Sept 20th with Cold Brew!! We shop here regularly & have been very pleased with this HT. Staff are always super & Manager I spoke to was very proud of his store & thanked us for being customers. They are upgrading this store a lot! They already have gas, which we love the gas station here....it's clean! New Starbucks coming (only cold brew in the area?) and also a new food bar. Clean store, great produce & meat/seafood dept also!!!

This is my go to Harris Teeter and my pharmacy. I wish they had a drive through outside for the pharmacy and I would give it 5 stars. Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. This location has the best sushi in any HT's I have tried. They have a huge array of cheeses, wines, and a beautiful deli section and meat section. The Shopping center is beautiful and has a few great restaurants in it. They do offer drive up groceries. I wish they made a juicer space for it , though.

I love Harris Teeter but in this odd year of 2020, the company definitely did not move in the right direction to at least try to stop the spread of COVID for their customers and employees. Cashiers are standing less than 12 inches away from customers checking out in the next lane. Lots of other areas they could improve to prevent the COVID too many to list!

Y’all I’m trying to share some positivity about today for me & you. Two family members recommended Harris Teeter for various reasons. I’ve been looking for a nice store to do online shopping/curbside pickup with. OMG! Today was my first order. Mixed grocery list of fresh produce, veggies, fruits, dairy .... etc. I have never experienced grocery shopping this wonderful. It was awesome to leisurely choose my items online & drive up curbside and have my grocery’s loaded. Almost as good as it used to be when someone would pump your gas

Price gouging and causing bottlenecks by closing early during a pandemic and just making it riskier for everyone, employees included, by forcing everyone to come during peak hours rather than maintain their regular schedule. To top it all off, all of the HTs in the area have raised their prices by one to two dollars per item on things like beverages, including bottled water, during this crisis. Just scummy.

This place was a big grocery store. A huge beer area where you can make your own six packs for $10.99 so made two of those. Tons of food here as well. Great staff as well

Equipment from the deli pushed out onto the sales floor in view for all customers to see. Now, imagine what you don’t see.
