We wanted to donate a couch that we had outgrown. We arrived a few minutes prior to closing and went to drop off the couch when a woman came out of the donation door and said we couldn't leave the couch because the gate was locked. It was about to storm and we really didn't want to leave the couch outside and had no where else to bring it (Goodwill had already said they wouldn't accept it). We offered to carry the couch in ourselves but the lady insisted the door was locked already and told us we better not leave it there. She was pretty upset and seemingly irritated that we were there to drop off a donation. This was disheartening as we wanted to see the couch go to a home where it was needed. Because of this unfortunately bad experience, we will not be back, nor will we be supporting this company in the future.

Michelle and Andy are the reason I love this restore so much! They make every trip so welcoming and inviting, I shop here more often than I should just to make sure to see them every week! Thank you for being who you are, you are appreciated and make my day better every time I see you!

I shopped at the old location weekly for years and the new one for as long as it's been open. I refurbish furniture and resell it. Lately their prices have been insane. My fellow refurbishers agree. I understand that it's a charitable organization but I don't even charge half the price they want for furniture I've spent time and money refurbishing. The staff at the Carolina Beach road location are always amazing. Other than that I probably won't be shopping here very often anymore. The extra star is for the amazing front of house staff, otherwise it'd be a 1 star review.

This was a wonderful store for things for your home. I picked up a lamp, cards, bathroom handicap bar, toilet paper holder, a beautiful display cabinet for a collection I have and many other lovely things. Highly recommended!! No clothes. Small kids toy area.

Huge well organized Habitat store. This location has tile, lvp flooring and paint along with the usual donated items.

Fantastic place for some great deals on home improvement items. Excellent for donations you can contribute. The proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity which builds homes for people in need.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Ron, and Patrick this morning!WOW! They came to pick up an oven I was donating. They were ONTIME! Called me when they were on their way. Both were Fun and professional! I called the Monkey Junction store, because I wanted to leave a review, and spoke with Tim, who gave me guidance on how to do so! Another amazing man! Not only is this a fine organization, but have terrific people working with them.Lowes should have as good as a delivery service…

Very neat and clean store which lets me know it is well managed. We found some great deals the two days we stopped in. A $50 dollar side table we found priced out retail at over $500 with people stopping in the parking lot to comment on our find. I'm sure it's not an everyday day find but by the staff knowing customers by name it means people pick here everyday. They do offer a rewards program, and if I were a local, I would take advantage of it. The manager did say they would be moving soon, so look for the new location when they do. Great cause that builds local. Friendly and helpful staff.

Brought in items to donate...they are always the friendliest people in any of the Donation sites, including Salvation Army and Goodwill...walked around the store and they had a fair bit of items including new...the used furniture was very inexpensive, I thought!...GOOD PEOPLE AND GOOD FIND!!!

an awesome restore the only one I will go to do not go to the one in the Ogden area their prices are outrageous but here I'm not going to say anything just go there. I'm a habitual thrifter and there's always a find!
