Damn… been driving by this store a hundred times and finally stopped today - I should have stopped years ago! What a great store: awesome merchandise from top brands, very nice people and good sales items. I’ll be a regular from now on for sure!

I went in to start a relationship with the company starting with having my Hoyt bow and long bow serviced. New strings and so on. The service was estimated at two weeks. Four weeks in I got a call letting me know that I needed new Cams. After delivering the cams, I called a week later for an update. John the "bow tech" said he was busy with an open house at the shop or something like that. What?! Anyways after two months I called and let them know that I would be coming in to get my bow back and the strings for both the Hoyt and the long bow. I went in to find out that John had sold the long bow strings he ordered for me 3 weeks prior. No work was ever done on the bow. The bow service at this company is ridiculous. They need to take bow service off of their list of services. The staff is cold and not customer friendly.

Refused to even help with a lifetime infant application (but they sale licenses) cause they would not make any money from assisting - what terrible service and a terrible out look maybe a little common decency and curtesy - none found here

Took my granddaughter to be fitted for a compound bow...from initial call with Sarah, to John, their archery expert, great service and knowledge. John spent almost 2 hours with her, sharing his knowledge of how and why to operate and maintain a compound bow. Thanks, and Merry Christmas to the entire staff. Lonnie Moosmanstarted immediately. Excellent store.for hunters. Does not have fishing equipment, if that is what you are looking for, but does have waders and excellent brands of outdoor clothing.

Absolute worst service I have ever had at a bow shop. Took my bow in to have it checked over and re strung. A month goes by. I call in and they haven’t ordered the string or touched the bow since I dropped it off. Was told to order my own string and I did and was told they would install it same day. Then when I get the string they say it’ll be a few days before they could even get to it. So if you need anything bow related do not go there!

This place is awesome. Friendly staff who know what they're doing. Mounted a scope for me that was on paper first shot and did some bow maintenance for me. Both times I was in and out quickly and the work was quality. Good selection of product too.
