1 star is hard cause the food is good but I had to get a refund last time I went and this time I got a lecture on how to order a large double cheeseburger because somehow the person over the phone didn’t print a receipt made a cheesesteaks and I had to argue for 20 minutes to get my food that I ordered and even show her my bank account statement proving my account was charged to even get her to put the order back in and she still had the audacity to tell me it was how I ordered a double cheeseburger that doesn’t exist on there menu so yeah I got a cheeseburger that I called in that I still had to wait 20 mins for and pay an extra 1.50 for definitely gonna just deal with cookout or another 24 hour option cause they get my order without a fight or concern that I won’t even get my food at all

ATTENTION all of my party people in Wilmington!!! The food is amazing and they are open 24hrs every day and night. So, skip the long lines at McDonald's and Cookout, come to the Buffalo Store. You can thank me later.

I asked for wings that were as spicy as they could make them. Now the chef made these wings with skill and grace. Wow the flavor, they seasoned them well The portion of fries was respectable. My only wish is that you guys have a spicier sauce option, your chef made it as spicy as he could and it still wasn't enoughTruly one of a kind customer service. I came at 7:00 pm on Nov 18. I think you should give the man who made wings at those hours a raise

Cool spot, nicely renovated.The staff are friendly. The food was excellent. Had a Cheeseburger and a Philly Cheesesteak, and they were good size and very tasty. I would recommend stopping in for lunch or anytime.

I've been going to Buffaloes my entire life, 40+ years. They recently added food, so we gave it a shot. I highly recommend it! We got the cheesesteaks, and they were big and delicious. The staff were very friendly!

By far a true local’s place! I stop in when I’m on that side of town for awesome lunch burger. I have been in and out of this old New Hanover county gem for many many years!!! It always feels like old school home!!!! I watch Scooby doo normally while I eat a great lunch!! Can’t get better, professional with that swag????????

Good food but over priced. Staff definitely needs to wear a hair net. I've only seen one person wear one. Also decided to eat my food in my car and was told that I couldn't loiter in the parking lot. The guy who told us that was rude.. handsome, but rude!
