I have been looking for a place that can wash my truck with very expensive racks. Buffmasters did this with expert handling! The group out there were friendly, on top of everything and got every nook and cranny and the racks are all good! This will be my new normal!

I stopped by yesterday and paid $60 including tip for a carwash and left with my vehicle still dirty! Spots on my windows, rims dirty, bird poop still on the car.

Buff Master's quality is going out the window. Employees grouping around cars and just carrying on instead of working.
Shame on you also for misleading customers! I specifically asked for a CLAY BAR AND WAX DETAIL and did not get it! This service was completed in less than an hour! How can that be a good exterior job?
I watched while the car was detailed from inside and noticed that a clay bar was never used but when I asked the detailer if he had clayed yet he said yes. Then when I continue to look he is just spraying a wax and wiping it off. This is not what I asked for! A buffer was not even used to wax the car as Cruiser's Car Wash does.
Cruiser's truly clay bar's your car and truly uses a buffer for the same price folks! $119.95 Go there not here. I have used Cruiser's in the past also but switched to Buff Masters due to their supposedly being the better place but not in my opinion after this.
I feel totally ripped off by your company. So the other times we have left our cars with you asking for Clay Bay and Wax detail....you have done the same thing----just spray products and wipe??? Shame on you!!
After getting home I went on the website to see the menu. You have to read into the fine print! Clay Treatment and 6 Month Wax-----no clay bar...just a spray application it appears and a wax job....just a hand spray that anyway could do at home. You will not get our business again.
