Everyone is super nice and welcoming. The coaching staff is top notch and very experienced. The training partners are safe but like to train hard. I would recommend BMMA to anyone looking to train or for a place for their kids to train.

Very good gym coaches are very helpful and push you towards your personal goals family friendly gym I would definitely recommend this gym if you live in the Wilmington area

Best gym community ever, everyone there has a great attitude and if you’ve got kids, there’s classes for them. Entire families attend classes that happen at the same time, college students attend. It’s a great place that you just want to hang out at because it starts to feel like home.

All around great gym! Perfect for families, kids, and adults at any level! I've been training here for over a year, and plan on remaining a member of this team forever. The coaches are highly professional and truly have everyone's best interest at heart. Coach Derek is one of the best fighters in the world, and we are all fortunate for the sacrifices he makes to share this with our community. If you do your best and remain consistent, you can have a life changing experience, and be a part of a team that is more like a family. I'm so grateful for all of my coaches, teammates, and staff here. They do so much to make Brunson's a welcoming and fun place for everyone!
