What a top notch auto center!! The service advisor and mechanic were excellent. Very upfront and honest. This was my first visit to Browning Tire and Auto and I would highly recommend them! Knowledgeable and no high pressure sales tactics. They told me what I needed and I decided which services to get. Great place

CUSTOMER SERVICE is #1 at Browning's. They had my Caddy first thing in AM. They put New Tires , Alignment, replaced Brakes and Rotors???, Wiper Fluid, Oil Change, and NC Auto Inspection! YES!....My Caddy is now back on track!! My Vehicle was ready for pickup by 3:30 and I didn't have to get a Loan to take care of the invoice!! Great Caring Owner with a very Knowledgeable and Friendly Crew of Guys!! Thanks so much and All the Hard Work is much Appreciated !!

Worst is the experience I’ve ever had paid 2200 for my car to get fixed. The wheel comes off and the company tried to blame me and didn’t want to fix the damage. I was talk to any kind of way my calls where ignored while they have my vehicle and I was disrespected by Dano at the front desk to the point, I had to call my kids father to come up there. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
