Received my new mortgage payment information for our family's home only to find out that my homeowners insurance was doubled. When i contacted the office, the agent informed me that they had known about the change 6 months ago and just "forgot" to let me know that my policy would be doubled . I feel like just a number and am very unimpressed.

Tracy at Brad Sizemore has been my agent for several years. She is always willing to go above and beyond for me. If ever I have a question or concern she responds rapidly. My daughter is a recent driver and adding her to my current policy was a breeze thanks to Tracy! Insurance is difficult to understand if you do not work with it directly and Tracy always explains the details to my understanding.
