I have a big problem with the person at your store they lied to me about a out my transfer pin and gave me the wrong 1 than I called back and they told me it was your customer service fault that he gave me the wrong number

I recently went in to file an insurance claim because my screen was cracked. It seemed like some of the workers didn’t really know what was going on. There was an issue with my device not being updated when I upgraded 1.5 year ago. It took almost 2 weeks to get this issue resolved and honestly I don’t think it would’ve been resolved with such ease if it wasn’t for Lexi. Lexi went absolutely above and beyond to help. She gave me her number and constantly was giving me advice or sending me information and just overall being helpful. My review is only 4 stars and being left to shout out Lexi for being wonderful!

On 2/13/24 my daughter & I went to this store and Ceejay who is the manager waited on us. He gave us excellent service and made sure my daughter felt comfortable with her new device. This store is not close to us but we will be going to this store for whatever we need. Ceejay thanks again for great service.
