This was the best upgrade experience I've ever had. Ahmad is very friendly and helpful. It took less than an hour to handle all of my upgrade process and I even got a very nice gift for my patience. Definitely worth going to again.

Thanks to Sandra for helping me get my phone setup after a week of waiting for a sim card. Sorry for all the tears and complaining about online service but I was in so much pain and so frustrated after waiting to receive one in a timely manner. I tried to follow directions to get a new sim card but all the information given was not accurate. It's important to have a working phone because of my disability. Thanks again for being so patient and understanding with me. I will never forget your kindness.
