This is the place you want to do business with. Had negative equity in my new accord and needed a pickup truck. They worked with me tirelessly to make sure I was getting a good deal and I can’t say enough good things about Caleb and David. Ive dealt with a good number of dealerships in Wilmington, and if you are in the market and in the area, these are the guys I recommend 1000 percent.

Do not purchase here. They (Salesman Brad Rutter) offered me an outdated car-fax report stating no damage had occurred on the vehicle. Upon selling the vehicle, a newly purchased CarFax report stated that damage had occurred (thus reducing the resale price) before I purchased the vehicle. I gave the dealer the opportunity to do the right thing, provided documentation, and they refused. I have every reason to believe they purposely mislead me at the time of sale.
Update: They posted a nice reply to my honest review. The reply stated they used the information they had at the time which is clearly false. I did in fact reach out to the person they asked over a week ago with no response. I am a reasonable person however this reply was clearly to look good below the review with no intention on even speaking to me, let alone attempting to make it right.

I could not recommend Bob king enough!! I went to another dealership & quickly left after dealing with a snobby salesman. As soon as I pulled into Bob king, I was greeted with friendly & willing to help customer service. I have never bought a car before but can promise you, between Caleb & Cassidy.. you WILL be taken of. They were able to get me an unbeatable interest rate & I left with the car I wanted! I bought the vehicle a few weeks ago & have been taking it in to their shop for a few repairs ( they go above and beyond) and they still have that same friendly customer service! If you’re looking for a vehicle, make sure to stop at bob king first!!

I had the utmost confidence in your dealership when I purchased my use car last week. Previously, I had purchased a used car at your dealership and I trusted that my buying experience this time around would be as pleasant as the first. However, my recent purchase has been far from pleasant. You advertise that your customers are important and that you do everything in their power to make sure they are satisfied. I am far from being satisfied with this purchase. You stated in your email to me that relationships with me continue after the purchase. Your management has done nothing to make sure this relationship continues. It is obvious you do not value your customers. I would not have purchased this vehicle if I had not been completely satisfied with the verbal agreement for repairs to my vehicle. You would rather lose a sale on a car than to make sure your customer is completely satisfied.

Robert Hankins came out to meet me on a Friday night after dark as I was looking at pre owned trucks on the lot. It was freezing cold, and he went out of his way to make sure I was finding what I was looking to know. When there was nothing on the lot, he asked if I wanted to search his inventory and found a truck still in maintenance that checked the boxes for what I was looking for. He got it out first thing Monday morning, we test drove it and I am a happy customer.
