zero stars! absolutely awful. Do not use Ray or blue pelican for your rental management needs

Do not use Ray for anything. He is a fraud. As the owner, He owes me money for my rental and avoids emails, text messages and phone calls.After Shelly Wilkie left this business, is when I stopped recieving my money from Blue Pelican.
