Went there a few years back, some guy named Mike gave me attitude because i didn’t have the money for the furniture i wanted to buy. The dude ignored me and called my wife a fat pig when he went in the back, that dirty scumbag. He sold us a fully broken fireplace! I hope that he doesn’t work there anymore

Always something new to find at Big Lots. This store was a bit messy but there was only two people working the entire store so I can't fault them too much for it. The young man at the cash register was very friendly and made me smile even though I was having a bad day.

Be careful buying furniture from them. Make sure that you thoroughly inspect the furniture before you make a purchase. I found rips in the back of my sectional, along with some damage inside the interior that someone tried to fix. Never buy furniture from the show room floor, if it's not brand spanking new, don't waste your money.

I was very impressed by my pick up order today. They brought it out right away, checked my ID, and actually had everything that I ordered. The other Big Lots in town doesn't seem to do any of this correctly. The items were great quality for the price and like I said- customer service was excellent!
