Horrible experience repeatedly! Everyone has bad days, labor shortages, etc.. I get it. However, today was the final straw. I was trying to get a document notarized and was patiently waiting. The person notarizing took someone else ahead of me that had just walked in. I figured it was a mistake and she didn’t know I had been waiting. When the client left, I stood up and walked towards her. She got extremely rude as if I was out of line by trying to get her attention. I was simply trying not to be skipped again or wait longer since I was on my lunch break with limited time, and had just been skipped after patiently waiting. She was so rude and nasty I left without getting my document notarized.I called later to speak with the branch manager, and whomever answered the call would not tell me if she was the manager, just “I am in financial services”. She was even more rude than the first woman, so I hung up without even going any further. No wonder BOA have closed so many branches in the USA. This probably should have been the first one!I will happily pay the $5 or $10 to have the UPS store or any other entity notarize my documents before I ever step back in that bank, and I will close my account. Thank you Bank of America, Wilmington Nc for repeatedly devaluing me and others I know as customers.

Went there years ago and had a horrible experience, went back recently and it was just as bad. Incredibly incompetent staff and I was lied to more than once

I had a great experience today at BOA in Landfall Wilmington NC. Kendra Brooks went above and beyond by helping me make a transfer of funds. I was in line and she asked if she could help me. I had met her a month ago when I opened an account. Rather than just saying hello, she made the transfer for me on her tablet. (She’s not a teller) I asked about CD rates and she referred me to Nancy Rainville who immediately gave me the information I needed. Both Kendra & Nancy were friendly, helpful and efficient! Thank you both!

Went inside to cash a check. There were 8 people working but only 2 were acting as tellers. Then one of the tellers came from behind the counter with an Ipad and helped a customer for most likely a loan. The line for teller continued to grow and the employees were just standing around looking at their iPads or computers. How would you not just get behind the counter to get people through the line is beyond me. I felt like I was at apple store instead of a bank with using technology to check people in but not assist the tellers. Waited over 45 minutes to cash a check.Edit: No, I will not contact your team with Facebook or Twitter. Every review that is poor over the past year for this same reason you continue to write that. What are you actually doing to fix it? Just forward them these Google reviews.

I have had a terrible experience with Bank of America. (This location especially) In dealing with some fraudulent activity, they have been very unhelpful. Nobody can give me a straight answer and I am being told something different by every person I speak to. I am a young girl who admittedly isn't all that knowledgable and I felt as if I was being looked down upon and treated like I was stupid because of this. They were very rude and as soon as this is resolved, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am sure this will be answered by some halfass insincere apology with no change. You can call this branch anytime of day, as many times as you want, and nothing. This branch is beyond a joke, its a disgrace. I will do everything in my power to switch banks and take my families finances elsewhere.
